Autumn Sky Poetry . . . Number 8 . . .

Mashed Potatoes

When I create you

it will be a land

of milk and gravy.

You will be born

with a silver

spoon in your maw.

I will sculpt smooth edifices

with you

I will transform

your bland mountain

to rolling hills

an eclectic landscape.

I will look down

at my Utopia

good enough

to eat.
